Foot Pain & Plantar Fasciitis

Long-term relief through fascia work — beyond shots and pain meds.

Jeff's approach

There are many issues related to foot pain. Plantar Fasciitis is a common diagnosis — it usually means generalized foot pain. The general treatments include shots or pain meds. These usually only cover the symptoms. I have had many clients with long-term results from Myofascial treatments. One of my clients had heel pain for over 7 years. He noticed after he got home that his feet didn't hurt anymore.

Techniques

Releasing the fascia in the foot and connected kinetic chains, plus specialized heel techniques.

Best starting point

Highly effective in gym sessions — clothed, targeted work on feet and the kinetic chain.
