Hip pain can be front, side, or back of the body. There can be many muscle and fascia issues involved. Sometimes the trouble is a sciatic issue. Sometimes the glutes are involved. It can be the side of the hip and IT Band issues. There are many different solutions, or a combination of things needed to create change. The solution may not come in 1–2 sessions, but with repetition and combining techniques many find true relief.
